●高粘度液體齒輪泵概述
   該泵适用于輸送不(bú)含固體顆粒的重(zhòng)油、瀝青、膠類、樹(shù)脂、洗滌劑等各類在常溫下有凝(níng)固(gù)性的介質。尤其适用于高寒地區室(shì)外安裝和工藝過程中介(jiè)質需要保溫的場合(hé)。
   該泵的泵體設有空心夾層，并(bìng)設有進出口法蘭，可用于導熱(rè)油、蒸汽、熱水等媒(méi)體對輸送的液體和(hé)泵進行加熱、保溫及冷卻。當輸送介質的粘度大(dà)于 1500cst 時，應采用減速傳(chuán)動方式。一般情況(kuàng)下采用泵與電機直聯的傳(chuán)動方式。
●适用範圍：溫度 ≤ 250 ℃ ，粘度(dù) 5-1500CST
●性能範圍：流量 1-324m3/h ，壓力≤ 0.8Mpa

●高粘度(dù)液體(tǐ)齒輪泵工(gōng)作原理
   齧合的吃了(le)在泵體内旋轉時，輪(lún)齒不斷進入和退出齧合。在吸入室，輪齒鑄件退出(chū)齧合狀态，這樣吸入(rù)室的容積逐漸增多(duō)，壓力降低，液體在(zài)液面壓力的作用下進入吸入(rù)室(shì)，随齒輪齒間進入排(pái)出室。在(zài)排出室，輪齒又(yòu)逐漸進入齧合狀态，齒(chǐ)輪的齒間逐漸被齒輪的(de)輪齒占據，排出室的容積減少(shǎo)，排出(chū)室内的液體壓力升高，于是液體從(cóng)泵的排出口被排出泵外 , 齒輪連續(xù)旋轉 , 上述過程不斷進(jìn)行 , 形成連續(xù)的輸油過程 .
●泵的(de)結構
    泵(bèng)主要由泵體(tǐ)、齒輪、軸、軸承(chéng)、閥蓋、前蓋(gài)、後蓋、密封部件、聯軸器等部件組成。
    軸(zhóu)端密封(fēng)有兩種形式：填料(liào)密封、機(jī)械密封，用戶可根據具體的使用條件選(xuǎn)用合适的(de)密封結(jié)構。
    該保(bǎo)溫齒輪油泵(bèng)有(yǒu)良好的自吸性，泵(bèng)内運動部件(jiàn)利用(yòng)輸送的液體實現潤滑，工作時可以不加引液和潤滑(huá)劑 .
