   該(gai)泵(beng)适用(yong)于輸送(song)不(bu)含固(gu)體顆(ke)粒的(de)重油(you)、瀝青、膠(jiao)類(lei)、樹脂(zhi)、洗滌(di)劑(ji)等各類(lei)在常(chang)溫下(xia)有凝(ning)固性(xing)的(de)介(jie)質。尤(you)其适用于(yu)高寒(han)地區室外安裝(zhuang)和工藝(yi)過(guo)程中(zhong)介質需要保溫(wen)的場合。
   該(gai)泵的(de)泵體(ti)設有空心(xin)夾層，并設有進出口(kou)法蘭(lan)，可用(yong)于導熱油(you)、蒸汽(qi)、熱水(shui)等(deng)媒體對(dui)輸送(song)的(de)液體和泵進行加(jia)熱、保(bao)溫及(ji)冷(leng)卻。當輸送介(jie)質的(de)粘度(du)大于(yu) 1500cst 時，應采用(yong)減速傳(chuan)動(dong)方式(shi)。一般情況(kuang)下采用泵與電(dian)機直(zhi)聯的傳動(dong)方式(shi)。

●高粘(zhan)度液(ye)體(ti)齒(chi)輪泵(beng)工作(zuo)原理(li)
   齧合(he)的吃了(le)在(zai)泵體(ti)内旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)時，輪齒(chi)不斷進入和退(tui)出齧合。在吸入(ru)室，輪齒鑄(zhu)件退(tui)出齧(nie)合狀(zhuang)态，這(zhe)樣吸入(ru)室(shi)的容(rong)積逐(zhu)漸增多，壓(ya)力降低(di)，液體在液面壓力的作(zuo)用下(xia)進入吸入(ru)室，随(sui)齒輪齒間(jian)進入排出(chu)室。在(zai)排出室(shi)，輪齒又(you)逐漸進入(ru)齧合狀态(tai)，齒(chi)輪(lun)的齒(chi)間逐(zhu)漸被(bei)齒輪的輪(lun)齒占(zhan)據，排(pai)出室的容(rong)積減少，排(pai)出室(shi)内的(de)液體(ti)壓力升高(gao)，于是(shi)液體從泵(beng)的排出(chu)口(kou)被排(pai)出泵外(wai) , 齒輪連(lian)續旋(xuan)轉(zhuan) , 上(shang)述過(guo)程不斷進行 , 形(xing)成連(lian)續的輸油過程(cheng) .
●泵的結構(gou)
    泵主要由(you)泵體(ti)、齒輪(lun)、軸、軸(zhou)承、閥(fa)蓋、前(qian)蓋、後蓋、密(mi)封部(bu)件、聯軸器(qi)等部件組成。
    軸(zhou)端密(mi)封有兩種(zhong)形式：填料(liao)密封(feng)、機械(xie)密封，用戶(hu)可根(gen)據具體的(de)使用(yong)條件選用(yong)合适(shi)的密(mi)封結構。
