特點(dian):
   CYZ自吸泵屬自吸式離(li)心泵系列(lie)。具有結(jie)構簡單、操作(zuo)維(wei)護方便(bian)、運行(hang)平穩(wen)、排量(liang)大、效率(lü)高(gao)、便于(yu)調節(jie),有較強的自吸(xi)能力,适用(yong)範圍廣(guang)等特點。

用途(tu):
   CYZ自吸泵用(yong)來(lai)輸送汽(qi)油、柴(chai)油(you)、等石油(you)産品。介質(zhi)溫度在-20+80,是(shi)一種優(you)良(liang)的船用裝卸油泵,可(ke)兼作掃艙水泵。并适用(yong)于(yu)陸地(di)油庫、油(you)罐(guan)車等(deng)儲油(you)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的油(you)料輸送。也(ye)可以(yi)用來(lai)輸送(song)海水(shui)、淡水等(deng)。

結(jie)構(gou)型式:
   CYZ自(zi)吸泵(beng)采用(yong)軸(zhou)同(tong)回液(ye)的泵(beng)體結構,泵(beng)體由吸入室儲(chu)液室(shi)、渦旋室(shi)、回(hui)液孔(kong)、氣液(ye)分離室(shi)等(deng)組成(cheng)。泵的(de)軸承采用(yong)單列向心(xin)球軸承。在(zai)一些泵(beng)的軸承體底(di)部(bu)設有冷(leng)卻室。泵内(nei)部高(gao)、低壓(ya)區(qu)間(jian)有密(mi)封環(huan)。軸端(duan)采用(yong)機械(xie)密封。

 ●結構(gou)型式:
   CYZ自吸泵采(cai)用軸(zhou)同回液的(de)泵體結(jie)構,泵體(ti)由吸入室、儲液(ye)室、渦(wo)旋(xuan)室(shi)、回液(ye)孔、氣液分(fen)離室(shi)等組(zu)成。泵的軸(zhou)承采用(yong)單(dan)列向(xiang)心球(qiu)軸承。在一(yi)些泵的軸(zhou)承體底部設(she)有冷卻(que)室。泵内(nei)部(bu)高、低(di)壓區間有密封(feng)環。軸端采用機(ji)械密(mi)封(feng)。

    自(zi)吸油泵的基本(ben)構造是由六部(bu)分組成的(de)分别(bie)是葉(ye)輪,泵體,泵(beng)軸,軸承,密封環,填料(liao)函。

     1、葉(ye)輪是(shi)自吸(xi)離心泵的(de)核(he)心部分(fen),它轉(zhuan)速(su)高(gao)出力(li)大,葉(ye)輪(lun)上的葉(ye) 片又起(qi)到(dao)主要作用,葉輪在裝(zhuang)配前(qian)要通(tong)過靜(jing)平衡(heng)實(shi)驗。葉輪(lun)上的(de)内外表面(mian)要求(qiu)光滑(hua),以減(jian)少水流的(de)摩擦損失(shi)。

     2、泵體(ti)也稱泵殼(ke),它是(shi)水泵的(de)主體。起(qi)到支(zhi)撐固(gu)定 作(zuo)用,并(bing)與(yu)安裝軸(zhou)承的托(tuo)架(jia)相連接。

     3、泵(beng)軸的作用(yong)是借(jie)聯軸器和電動(dong)機相(xiang)連(lian)接(jie),将電(dian)動機的轉(zhuan)距傳(chuan)給葉輪,所(suo)以它是傳(chuan)遞機(ji)械能(neng)的主要(yao)部件。
