●3G三螺杆泵工作(zuo)原理:

　　3G型三螺杆泵是轉子型容(rong)積泵(beng)，适于輸送(song)各種(zhong)不(bu)含固體(ti)顆粒，無(wu)腐(fu)蝕性(xing)油類及類(lei)似油(you)的潤滑性(xing)液體(ti)、輸送液體粘度(du)2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bu)超過80℃,超(chao)過80℃可用高溫泵(beng)3GW型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

●3G三(san)螺杆泵輸(shu)送各(ge)種(zhong)油類時(shi)應注(zhu)意(yi)事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸(shu)送40~150mm2/s的(de)油(you)類(lei)最合(he)适，允(yun)許(xu)按泵的(de)最高工作(zuo)壓力(li)使用。2、輸送40mm2/s以下(xia)的油類，為(wei)保證(zheng)泵的流量及壽(shou)命應降(jiang)壓使用(yong)。3、輸送(song)150mm2/s以(yi)上的油(you)類，且(qie)進(jin)油(you)管道過長，彎頭過多(duo)，泵工作時如産生噪音(yin)或振動(dong)現象(xiang)，則應(ying)考慮(lü)更換(huan)低一級轉(zhuan)速的電機(ji)運轉(zhuan)或縮短(duan)吸(xi)入管(guan)道，減(jian)少彎頭。1, delivery was 40 ~ 150 / s best oils, permitted to use according to the maximum working pressure of pump.2, transmission oil, under 40 was/s in order to ensure the pump flow and life should be used antihypertensive.3, transmission of more than 150 was/s oils, and the oil inlet pipe is too long, too much bend, such as noise or vibration phenomenon when the pump work, should consider to replace the low level of rotational speed of motor operation or shorten the suction pipe, reducing elbow.

   1、安裝(zhuang)前應(ying)檢查(cha)泵(beng)的油封(feng)是否(fou)良好，并檢查泵在(zai)運輸中(zhong)是否損壞(huai)，可用(yong)手轉動(dong)聯(lian)軸器(qi)是否有卡勁現(xian)象，如有(you)則應拆(chai)泵進行清(qing)洗，修理和(he)校(xiao)正。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.

2、安裝(zhuang)泵的進油(you)和排油管(guan)道時，其管(guan)徑不得小于泵(beng)的進油和(he)出油(you)口口(kou)徑(jing)，進(jin)油管(guan)道不(bu)得(de)過(guo)長，彎(wan)頭不(bu)得(de)過(guo)多，否(fou)則将(jiang)影響泵的(de)工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)态(tai)。
