●3G三(san)螺杆(gan)泵(beng)工作原(yuan)理:

　　型三螺(luo)杆3G泵是轉(zhuan)子型(xing)容積(ji)泵，适于(yu)輸送各種不含固體顆(ke)粒，無腐蝕性油(you)類及(ji)類似油的(de)潤滑(hua)性液體、輸(shu)送液(ye)體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wen)度不(bu)超過(guo)80℃,超過80℃可用(yong)高溫泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)具有多種結構(gou)，一般小流量泵(beng)襯套(tao)和(he)泵體合(he)為一個，可以卧(wo)式和立(li)式(shi)安裝(zhuang)。進油口方(fang)向可(ke)相隔(ge)90°任意安裝(zhuang)，軸封多數(shu)為機構密封。中等流(liu)量以上(shang)泵(beng)，襯套(tao)為一個單獨的(de)零件(jian)固(gu)定(ding)于泵體内(nei)，螺杆(gan)軸端(duan)裝有平衡(heng)環以(yi)液力(li)平衡其軸(zhou)向力。一般(ban)結構(gou)為卧(wo)式。進油口(kou)方向亦可(ke)以相(xiang)隔90°任(ren)意(yi)安(an)裝。改(gai)變泵體後(hou)可制(zhi)成立(li)式。軸(zhou)封根(gen)據情況(kuang)有機械(xie)密封(feng)和軟填料(liao)密封兩(liang)種結構(gou)。

   3G型(xing)三螺杆(gan)泵軸(zhou)伸支(zhi)承較(jiao)小，應由原動機(ji)經彈性聯(lian)軸器(qi)直接(jie)驅動，不得(de)用皮(pi)帶輪(lun)等會産生(sheng)額(e)外徑向(xiang)力較(jiao)大(da)的(de)傳動方式傳(chuan)動(dong)。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3G三螺杆泵(beng)輸送各種(zhong)油類時應(ying)注意(yi)事項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油類最(zui)合适，允許按泵的最(zui)高工作壓(ya)力使(shi)用(yong)。2、輸送40mm2/s以下的油類，為保(bao)證泵的(de)流(liu)量及(ji)壽命應降壓使(shi)用。3、輸送(song)150mm2/s以上的油類(lei)，且(qie)進油管(guan)道過(guo)長(zhang)，彎頭過(guo)多，泵工作時如(ru)産生噪(zao)音(yin)或振動現象(xiang)，則應考(kao)慮更(geng)換低(di)一級(ji)轉速(su)的(de)電機運(yun)轉或縮短吸入管道(dao)，減(jian)少彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三螺杆(gan)泵安(an)裝要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
