●3G三螺杆(gan)泵工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺杆泵(beng)是轉子型(xing)容積(ji)泵，适(shi)于輸送各(ge)種不(bu)含(han)固體顆(ke)粒，無腐蝕性油(you)類及類似(si)油的潤滑(hua)性(xing)液體、輸(shu)送液(ye)體(ti)粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)80℃,超過(guo)80℃可用(yong)高溫泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型(xing)三螺杆(gan)具有(you)多種(zhong)結構(gou)，一般小流(liu)量泵(beng)襯套(tao)和(he)泵體合為一(yi)個(ge)，可以卧(wo)式和立(li)式(shi)安裝(zhuang)。進油(you)口方向可(ke)相隔(ge)90°任意(yi)安裝(zhuang)，軸封(feng)多數為機(ji)構密封。中等流量以(yi)上泵，襯套(tao)為一個單(dan)獨的零件固(gu)定于泵(beng)體内，螺(luo)杆(gan)軸端(duan)裝有(you)平衡環以(yi)液力(li)平(ping)衡(heng)其軸(zhou)向力。一(yi)般結構(gou)為卧(wo)式(shi)。進油口方向(xiang)亦(yi)可以相(xiang)隔90°任(ren)意安裝。改(gai)變泵體(ti)後(hou)可制(zhi)成立式(shi)。軸封根(gen)據情(qing)況(kuang)有機械(xie)密封(feng)和軟(ruan)填料密封兩(liang)種結構(gou)。

●3G三螺(luo)杆(gan)泵輸送(song)各種油(you)類(lei)時應(ying)注意事(shi)項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(song)40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最(zui)合适，允許按泵(beng)的最高工(gong)作壓(ya)力使(shi)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yi)下的油類，為保證泵(beng)的流量及(ji)壽命應(ying)降(jiang)壓使(shi)用。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的(de)油類，且進(jin)油管(guan)道過(guo)長(zhang)，彎頭過(guo)多，泵工(gong)作時如(ru)産生(sheng)噪音或振(zhen)動現象(xiang)，則(ze)應考(kao)慮更(geng)換(huan)低(di)一級(ji)轉速(su)的電機運轉或(huo)縮短吸入(ru)管道(dao)，減少(shao)彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)泵安(an)裝(zhuang)要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
