●3G三(san)螺杆(gan)泵工作原理:

　　3G型三螺(luo)杆泵是轉(zhuan)子型(xing)容積(ji)泵，适于輸(shu)送各種不(bu)含固(gu)體顆(ke)粒，無腐蝕(shi)性油類及(ji)類似油的(de)潤滑性液(ye)體、輸送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫(wen)度不超過(guo)80℃,超過(guo)80℃可(ke)用(yong)高溫(wen)泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三(san)螺杆具有(you)多種(zhong)結構(gou)，一般(ban)小流(liu)量泵襯套(tao)和泵(beng)體合為一個，可(ke)以卧(wo)式和立式安裝。進(jin)油口方(fang)向可相隔(ge)90°任意(yi)安裝(zhuang)，軸封多數(shu)為機構(gou)密(mi)封。中(zhong)等流(liu)量以上泵(beng)，襯套為(wei)一個單獨的(de)零件固定(ding)于泵體内(nei)，螺杆軸端(duan)裝(zhuang)有平衡(heng)環以液力平衡(heng)其軸(zhou)向力。一般(ban)結構為卧(wo)式。進(jin)油口方(fang)向(xiang)亦可(ke)以相隔(ge)90°任(ren)意安(an)裝。改(gai)變(bian)泵體後(hou)可制成立式。軸(zhou)封根(gen)據情(qing)況有(you)機械(xie)密封(feng)和軟填料(liao)密封兩種(zhong)結構。

●3G三螺杆泵(beng)輸送各種(zhong)油類(lei)時應注意事項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(song)40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最合(he)适，允許(xu)按泵(beng)的(de)最(zui)高工(gong)作壓(ya)力(li)使用。2、輸(shu)送40mm2/s以下的(de)油類(lei)，為保證泵的流(liu)量及(ji)壽命應降(jiang)壓使用。3、輸送150mm2/s以(yi)上的油(you)類，且進(jin)油管道(dao)過長，彎(wan)頭過多，泵工作(zuo)時如産(chan)生(sheng)噪音(yin)或振(zhen)動現象，則應考慮更(geng)換低(di)一級(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)的電(dian)機運(yun)轉或縮短(duan)吸入管(guan)道(dao)，減少(shao)彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三(san)螺杆泵安(an)裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
