●3G三(san)螺杆(gan)泵工(gong)作原理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺杆泵(beng)是轉子型容積泵，适(shi)于輸(shu)送各(ge)種不(bu)含固(gu)體顆粒，無(wu)腐蝕性油(you)類及類似(si)油的潤滑(hua)性液體、輸(shu)送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bu)超過80℃,超過80℃可用高溫泵(beng)3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)具有(you)多種(zhong)結構，一般(ban)小流(liu)量(liang)泵(beng)襯套(tao)和泵(beng)體合為一(yi)個，可(ke)以(yi)卧(wo)式和立式安裝。進油(you)口方(fang)向可(ke)相隔(ge)90°任意(yi)安(an)裝，軸封(feng)多數(shu)為機構密(mi)封。中等(deng)流量以(yi)上泵，襯套為一(yi)個單(dan)獨(du)的(de)零件(jian)固定于泵體内，螺杆軸端裝有(you)平衡環以(yi)液力(li)平衡(heng)其軸(zhou)向力(li)。一般(ban)結構(gou)為卧式。進(jin)油(you)口方向(xiang)亦可以(yi)相(xiang)隔90°任(ren)意安裝。改變泵(beng)體後可制(zhi)成立(li)式。軸封根(gen)據情(qing)況有機(ji)械密封(feng)和軟填料密封(feng)兩種結構。

●3G三螺(luo)杆泵(beng)輸送(song)各種(zhong)油類(lei)時應(ying)注意(yi)事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最合适(shi)，允許按泵的最(zui)高工(gong)作壓(ya)力使(shi)用。2、輸送(song)40mm2/s以(yi)下的油類(lei)，為(wei)保證泵(beng)的流量及(ji)壽命(ming)應降(jiang)壓(ya)使用。3、輸(shu)送150mm2/s以上(shang)的(de)油類(lei)，且進油(you)管道過(guo)長，彎頭過(guo)多，泵(beng)工作(zuo)時(shi)如産生(sheng)噪音或振(zhen)動現(xian)象，則應考慮更(geng)換低(di)一級(ji)轉速的電(dian)機(ji)運轉或(huo)縮短吸入管道(dao)，減少彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)泵安裝要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
