●3G三螺杆泵工作原(yuan)理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺杆(gan)泵(beng)是轉子型容積泵，适(shi)于輸(shu)送(song)各種不(bu)含固(gu)體顆(ke)粒，無(wu)腐蝕性油(you)類及類似(si)油(you)的(de)潤滑(hua)性液體(ti)、輸(shu)送液(ye)體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bu)超過80℃,超過(guo)80℃可用高溫(wen)泵3GW型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三螺(luo)杆(gan)具有(you)多種(zhong)結構(gou)，一般(ban)小流量(liang)泵(beng)襯套(tao)和泵(beng)體合為一(yi)個，可以卧(wo)式和立式安裝(zhuang)。進油(you)口方向(xiang)可(ke)相隔(ge)90°任意(yi)安裝(zhuang)，軸封(feng)多數為機(ji)構密(mi)封。中(zhong)等(deng)流(liu)量以(yi)上泵，襯套(tao)為一(yi)個單獨的(de)零件(jian)固定于泵體内(nei)，螺杆軸端裝有(you)平衡環以(yi)液力(li)平衡(heng)其(qi)軸向力(li)。一般結構(gou)為卧(wo)式。進(jin)油(you)口方向(xiang)亦可(ke)以相隔90°任意安(an)裝。改變泵(beng)體後可(ke)制成立(li)式。軸(zhou)封根據情(qing)況有機(ji)械(xie)密封(feng)和軟填(tian)料(liao)密封(feng)兩種(zhong)結構(gou)。

●3G三螺(luo)杆泵輸送各種油類(lei)時應注意(yi)事項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最合适(shi)，允許(xu)按(an)泵的最高工作壓(ya)力使(shi)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以下的油類(lei)，為(wei)保證泵(beng)的流量及壽命應降(jiang)壓使用。3、輸(shu)送150mm2/s以(yi)上的(de)油類，且進油管道過(guo)長，彎(wan)頭過多，泵工作時如産生(sheng)噪音(yin)或振(zhen)動現象，則(ze)應(ying)考慮更(geng)換低一級(ji)轉速(su)的電(dian)機運轉或(huo)縮短(duan)吸入管道(dao)，減少(shao)彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三螺杆泵安(an)裝要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
