1.KCB齒(chi)輪(lun)油泵(beng)(輸油(you)泵)啟(qi)動後若有輕(qing)微洩漏(lou)現象,應(ying)觀察一(yi)段時間(jian)。如(ru)齒輪(lun)泵連續(xu)運(yun)行4小(xiao)時,洩(xie)漏量(liang)仍不(bu)減小,則應(ying)停泵(beng)檢查(cha)。

●KCB齒(chi)輪泵常見(jian)故障及解(jie)決方法
目(mu)前(qian),KCB齒輪泵(kcb不鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)齒(chi)輪泵(beng))在自卸(xie)汽(qi)車與工程(cheng)機械操縱(zong)機構中運(yun)用較(jiao)多,現(xian)将其常見(jian)故障及除(chu)方法介紹如下,供參(can)考。
1、産(chan)生振(zhen)動與(yu)噪聲的原(yuan)因
(2)機械原(yuan)因
①泵(beng)與聯軸器的連接因不(bu)合規定(ding)要求而産生振(zhen)動及(ji)噪聲。應按(an)規定要求調整聯軸器(qi)。
②因(yin)油中污物(wu)進入(ru)泵内(nei)導(dao)緻齒輪(lun)等部件磨損拉(la)傷而(er)産(chan)生(sheng)噪聲(sheng)。應更換油液,加(jia)強過(guo)濾,拆開泵(beng)清洗;對磨(mo)損嚴(yan)重的(de)齒輪(lun),須修(xiu)理或更換(huan)。

④KCB齒(chi)輪泵(beng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪泵(beng))齒輪軸向(xiang)裝配間隙過小;齒輪(lun)端面(mian)與前後端(duan)蓋之間的(de)滑動(dong)接合面因(yin)齒輪(lun)在裝配前毛刺(ci)未能(neng)仔(zai)細清除(chu),從而(er)運(yun)轉時拉(la)傷接(jie)合面(mian),使内洩漏大,導(dao)緻輸(shu)出流(liu)量減(jian)少;污(wu)物進入泵(beng)内并(bing)楔入齒輪(lun)端面(mian)與前(qian)後(hou)端蓋之(zhi)間的間隙(xi)内拉傷配(pei)合面(mian),導緻(zhi)高低壓腔(qiang)因出(chu)現徑(jing)向拉傷的(de)溝槽(cao)而連(lian)通,使(shi)輸出(chu)流量(liang)減小(xiao)。對上(shang)述(shu)情況應(ying)分别(bie)采(cai)用以下(xia)措施修(xiu)複(fu)。拆解(jie)齒輪(lun)泵,适當地(di)加大(da)軸(zhou)向間隙(xi)即研磨齒(chi)輪的(de)端面;用平面磨(mo)床磨(mo)平前後蓋(gai)端面和(he)齒(chi)輪端面,并(bing)清除(chu)輪齒(chi)上的毛刺(ci)(不能(neng)倒角);經平面磨(mo)削後的(de)前後端(duan)蓋其(qi)端面(mian)上卸(xie)荷槽的深度尺寸會有(you)變化,應(ying)适當增(zeng)加寬度(du)。
(3)其(qi)他(ta)原因(yin)
油液(ye)的黏(nian)度高(gao)也會産生(sheng)噪聲,必(bi)須(xu)選用(yong)黏度合适的油(you)液。
2、KCB齒輪泵(beng)(kcb不鏽鋼(gang)齒輪泵(beng))輸出流量(liang)不足(zu)
①油(you)溫(wen)高将(jiang)使其黏度(du)下降、内洩(xie)漏增(zeng)加,使(shi)泵輸出流(liu)量減小。應查明(ming)原因(yin)采取措施(shi);對于(yu)中高(gao)壓齒輪泵(beng),須檢(jian)查密(mi)封圈(quan)是否(fou)破損(sun)。
②選用(yong)油(you)的(de)黏度過高(gao)或過低,均(jun)會造成泵的輸出流(liu)量減(jian)少,應(ying)使用(yong)黏度(du)合格(ge)的油(you)品(pin)。
③KCB齒(chi)輪泵(beng)一般(ban)不可(ke)以反(fan)轉(zhuan),如(ru)泵體(ti)裝反,将(jiang)造(zao)成壓油腔(qiang)與吸油腔(qiang)局部(bu)短接,使其(qi)流量減少甚至(zhi)吸不上油來。此(ci)時,應(ying)查泵的轉(zhuan)向。
④發動機(ji)轉速(su)不夠,造成(cheng)流量減(jian)小。應查(cha)明原因并加以(yi)除。
3、旋(xuan)轉不(bu)暢
①軸向間(jian)隙或徑向(xiang)間隙太小(xiao)。重新(xin)加以(yi)調整(zheng)修(xiu)配(pei)
②泵内(nei)有污物。解(jie)體以清(qing)除(chu)異物(wu)。
③裝配有誤(wu)。齒輪泵兩(liang)銷孔(kong)的加工基(ji)準面(mian)并非(fei)裝(zhuang)配基準(zhun)面,如(ru)先将銷子(zi)打入(ru),再擰緊螺釘,泵會轉不動(dong)。正确的方(fang)法是,邊轉動齒(chi)輪泵(beng)邊擰(ning)緊螺(luo)釘,配(pei)鑽銷孔并(bing)打入(ru)銷子。
④泵與(yu)發動(dong)機(ji)聯軸器(qi)的同軸度差。同軸度(du)應(ying)保證在(zai)0.1mm以内。
⑤泵内(nei)零件(jian)未退磁。裝(zhuang)配前所(suo)有(you)零件(jian)均須(xu)退磁。
⑥滾針套質量不(bu)合格(ge)或(huo)滾(gun)針斷(duan)裂。修理或(huo)更換。
⑦工作油輸(shu)出口被堵(du)塞。清(qing)除異物。
4、發(fa)熱
①造(zao)成齒(chi)輪泵旋轉(zhuan)不暢(chang)的各項原(yuan)因均能導緻(zhi)齒(chi)輪泵(beng)發熱,除方法亦可參照其執行(hang)。
②油(you)液黏度過高或(huo)過(guo)低。重(zhong)新選油。
③側(ce)闆、軸(zhou)套(tao)與齒輪(lun)端面嚴(yan)重摩擦(ca)。修複(fu)或更換。
④環境溫(wen)度高(gao),油箱容(rong)積小,散(san)熱不(bu)良,都會使(shi)泵發(fa)熱。應分别(bie)處理(li)。
5、KCB齒輪泵(kcb不(bu)鏽鋼齒輪(lun)泵)主要(yao)零件的(de)修複
(1)齒輪(lun)
①齒形修理:用細(xi)砂(sha)布(bu)或油(you)石除去拉(la)傷或已磨(mo)成(cheng)多(duo)棱形(xing)的部位,再(zai)将齒輪齧(nie)合面調換(huan)方位并(bing)适當地(di)進行(hang)對(dui)研,清洗(xi)幹淨;對(dui)用肉眼(yan)能觀察到(dao)的嚴(yan)重磨損(sun)件,應予(yu)以更(geng)換。
②端(duan)面修理:齒(chi)輪端(duan)面由(you)于與(yu)軸承(cheng)座或(huo)前後(hou)蓋相(xiang)對轉(zhuan)動而磨損(sun),輕時會起(qi)線,可(ke)用研(yan)磨方法将(jiang)起線(xian)毛刺痕迹研去(qu)并(bing)抛光;磨(mo)損嚴(yan)重時,應将齒輪放在平面(mian)磨床上進(jin)行修(xiu)磨。應注意:兩個(ge)齒輪必須(xu)同時(shi)放在(zai)平面磨床(chuang)上進(jin)行(hang)修(xiu)磨,目(mu)的是(shi)為(wei)了保證(zheng)兩個(ge)齒輪(lun)的厚度差在5μm範圍内(nei);同時(shi)必須(xu)保證(zheng)端面(mian)與孔的垂(chui)直度及兩(liang)端面的平行度均在(zai)5μm範圍(wei)内,并(bing)用油(you)石将(jiang)銳邊倒鈍(dun),但切(qie)不可(ke)倒角,做到(dao)無(wu)毛(mao)刺、飛(fei)邊即可(ke)。
③當(dang)齒輪(lun)的齧合表(biao)面磨損(sun)時,應用(yong)油石(shi)将(jiang)磨損所(suo)産生的(de)毛刺去(qu)掉;同時,調換齒(chi)輪的齧(nie)合(he)方位(wei),使原來不(bu)齧合(he)工作的齒(chi)形表(biao)面進(jin)行(hang)齧合工(gong)作,這樣(yang)不(bu)僅能(neng)保證(zheng)其原有的(de)工作性(xing)能,還能延長(zhang)齒輪的工(gong)作壽命(ming)。
(2)KCB齒(chi)輪泵(kcb不(bu)鏽鋼齒(chi)輪泵)泵體(ti)
泵體(ti)的磨損,主(zhu)要在内(nei)腔(qiang)與齒(chi)輪項(xiang)圓相(xiang)接觸(chu)的那一面,且多(duo)發生在吸(xi)油側(ce)。如果(guo)泵體(ti)屬于對稱(cheng)型,可将泵(beng)體翻(fan)轉180度(du)後再用;如果泵體屬(shu)于非對稱(cheng)型,則(ze)需采用電鍍青(qing)銅合金工藝或電刷(shua)鍍的(de)方法(fa)修複(fu)泵(beng)體(ti)内腔(qiang)孔的磨損(sun)部位(wei)。
(3)軸承座圈
軸承(cheng)座圈(quan)的磨(mo)損(sun)一般在(zai)與齒(chi)輪接(jie)觸的(de)那一(yi)端(duan)面(mian)和與(yu)滾針(zhen)接觸(chu)的内(nei)孔上。端(duan)面磨損(sun)或拉毛起線時(shi),可将4個軸承座(zuo)圈放(fang)在平面磨(mo)床上(shang),以(yi)不與齒(chi)輪接(jie)觸的那一(yi)面為基準将拉(la)毛端(duan)面(mian)磨平,其(qi)精度應(ying)保(bao)證在10μm範圍(wei)内。軸承座(zuo)圈一般磨損較小,若(ruo)磨損(sun)嚴重(zhong),可研磨;或适當地加(jia)大(da)孔(kong)徑并(bing)重新選配(pei)滾針(zhen);或更(geng)換軸(zhou)承座(zuo)圈。
(4)長(zhang)、短軸(zhou)
長、短軸的(de)失效,主要(yao)是在(zai)與滾針(zhen)軸承相(xiang)接觸處(chu)出(chu)現磨(mo)損。如(ru)果(guo)磨損輕(qing)微,可采用(yong)抛光修複(fu)(并(bing)更換新(xin)的滾針軸(zhou)承);如(ru)果磨(mo)損嚴重或(huo)折斷,則(ze)需(xu)用鍍鉻工(gong)藝修複,或(huo)重新加工(gong)。重新加工時,須滿足(zu)長、短軸上(shang)的鍵槽對軸心(xin)線的(de)平行(hang)度和(he)對稱度的(de)要(yao)求;裝在(zai)軸上的平鍵與(yu)齒輪(lun)鍵槽(cao)的配(pei)合間隙均不能過大;軸不得在(zai)齒輪(lun)内孔(kong)産生(sheng)徑向擺動;軸頸(jing)與安裝(zhuang)齒(chi)輪部(bu)分配(pei)合表面的(de)同軸度不得大(da)于10μm,兩(liang)端軸(zhou)頸的(de)同軸度(du)不(bu)得超過20-30μm。
kcb齒輪泵(beng)作用是将機油(you)提高(gao)到一(yi)定壓(ya)力後,強制(zhi)地壓(ya)送到(dao)發動機各(ge)零件(jian)的運(yun)動表(biao)面上。其結構多(duo)采用齒輪式機(ji)油泵(beng)。發動(dong)機工(gong)作時(shi),曲軸帶動主動(dong)齒輪傳動(dong),被動齒輪(lun)作反(fan)方向(xiang)旋轉(zhuan)。吸油(you)腔内(nei)的機(ji)油便沿着(zhe)齒(chi)隙和泵(beng)壁壓(ya)入出油腔(qiang)。因吸(xi)油腔(qiang)内的(de)機油(you)被(bei)不斷帶走,故(gu)吸油腔内(nei)産生(sheng)吸力(li),不斷(duan)地将油(you)底(di)殼内(nei)的機(ji)油吸(xi)入吸(xi)油腔(qiang),并同時将(jiang)一定(ding)壓力(li)的機(ji)油泵(beng)入潤滑油(you)路。
齒(chi)輪油(you)泵是借一對相(xiang)互齧(nie)合的齒輪(lun),将機(ji)械能轉換(huan)為油(you)壓(ya)能(neng)的裝置。在(zai)空壓機的(de)潤滑(hua)系(xi)統中被(bei)廣泛(fan)采用(yong)。油泵(beng)在運轉(zhuan)中的故障通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)潤滑(hua)系統中油(you)壓降(jiang)低,甚(shen)至有時打(da)不上油。其(qi)原因(yin)大體(ti)有(you):1)旋轉方(fang)向與(yu)規(gui)定(ding)方向相反;2)吸油管路(lu)不嚴(yan)密(mi),單向閥(fa)卡住(zhu);3)油泵(beng)的泵(beng)體與泵蓋(gai)之間密封(feng)不良(liang);4)油槽(cao)内油量不(bu)足;5)油(you)泵零(ling)件嚴重磨(mo)損;6)吸(xi)油(you)過(guo)濾網被堵(du)塞(sai)。
實(shi)際工作中(zhong)應根據具(ju)體(ti)情(qing)況進(jin)行不同處(chu)理。在(zai)檢修(xiu)中應(ying)特别(bie)注意吸油(you)管道(dao)的密封,以(yi)及齒(chi)輪油(you)泵泵(beng)體與泵蓋(gai)之(zhi)間的密(mi)封。吸入端如果(guo)密封(feng)不(bu)良(liang),則油(you)泵進(jin)口漏(lou),造成(cheng)油泵抽(chou)空,自然(ran)就要打不上油(you)。
