●3G三螺杆泵工(gong)作原理(li):

　　3G型(xing)三螺(luo)杆(gan)泵是轉(zhuan)子型(xing)容積泵，适(shi)于輸送各(ge)種不含固(gu)體(ti)顆粒，無(wu)腐蝕性(xing)油(you)類及類似(si)油的潤滑(hua)性液(ye)體(ti)、輸送液(ye)體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wen)度不(bu)超過80℃,超過80℃可用高溫(wen)泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三螺杆具有多種(zhong)結構(gou)，一般(ban)小流量泵(beng)襯套和泵體(ti)合為一(yi)個，可以卧(wo)式和立式(shi)安裝(zhuang)。進油(you)口方向(xiang)可相隔90°任意安(an)裝，軸封(feng)多數為(wei)機構密(mi)封。中(zhong)等(deng)流(liu)量以(yi)上泵，襯(chen)套(tao)為一(yi)個單(dan)獨(du)的零件(jian)固定于泵(beng)體内(nei)，螺杆軸端裝有(you)平衡環以(yi)液力(li)平衡其(qi)軸向力(li)。一般結構(gou)為卧(wo)式。進油口方向(xiang)亦可以(yi)相(xiang)隔90°任(ren)意安(an)裝。改(gai)變泵(beng)體後可(ke)制成立式。軸(zhou)封根據情(qing)況有機(ji)械密封和軟(ruan)填(tian)料(liao)密封(feng)兩種結構。

●3G三螺(luo)杆泵輸送(song)各種油類時應注意(yi)事項：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(song)40~150mm2/s的油類最(zui)合适(shi)，允許按(an)泵的最(zui)高工(gong)作壓力使(shi)用。2、輸(shu)送(song)40mm2/s以(yi)下的油類(lei)，為(wei)保證泵(beng)的流量及(ji)壽命(ming)應降壓(ya)使(shi)用。3、輸(shu)送150mm2/s以(yi)上(shang)的(de)油類(lei)，且進油管道過(guo)長，彎頭過多，泵工作時如産生(sheng)噪音或(huo)振動現(xian)象，則應(ying)考慮更(geng)換低一級轉速(su)的電機(ji)運(yun)轉或(huo)縮短(duan)吸(xi)入管道(dao)，減少彎頭。

 ●3G型三螺杆(gan)泵安(an)裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
