●3G三(san)螺杆泵(beng)工(gong)作原(yuan)理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺(luo)杆泵是轉(zhuan)子型(xing)容積(ji)泵(beng)，适于輸(shu)送各種不含固(gu)體顆(ke)粒，無(wu)腐蝕(shi)性油類及(ji)類似(si)油的(de)潤滑性液(ye)體、輸送(song)液體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫度(du)不超過(guo)80℃,超過80℃可用(yong)高溫(wen)泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)具(ju)有(you)多種(zhong)結構(gou)，一般小流(liu)量泵襯套(tao)和泵體合為(wei)一(yi)個，可(ke)以卧式和立式(shi)安裝(zhuang)。進(jin)油(you)口方(fang)向可相隔(ge)90°任意安裝(zhuang)，軸封(feng)多數(shu)為機(ji)構密(mi)封。中(zhong)等流量(liang)以(yi)上泵(beng)，襯套為一(yi)個單獨的(de)零件固定(ding)于泵(beng)體(ti)内(nei)，螺杆(gan)軸端(duan)裝有平衡(heng)環以液力平衡其軸(zhou)向力。一般(ban)結構為(wei)卧(wo)式。進(jin)油口(kou)方(fang)向亦可(ke)以相(xiang)隔90°任(ren)意安裝。改(gai)變泵(beng)體後(hou)可制成立(li)式。軸(zhou)封根(gen)據(ju)情(qing)況有(you)機械密(mi)封(feng)和軟填料(liao)密封兩種(zhong)結構。

●3G三螺(luo)杆泵(beng)輸送(song)各種(zhong)油類(lei)時應(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸(shu)送(song)40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最合适，允許(xu)按泵(beng)的最(zui)高工(gong)作壓力使用。2、輸(shu)送40mm2/s以(yi)下的(de)油類(lei)，為保(bao)證泵的流(liu)量及壽命(ming)應降壓使(shi)用(yong)。3、輸送150mm2/s以(yi)上的油類(lei)，且進(jin)油管(guan)道(dao)過長，彎(wan)頭過多(duo)，泵(beng)工作(zuo)時如(ru)産(chan)生噪音(yin)或振動現象，則應考(kao)慮(lü)更(geng)換低(di)一級轉(zhuan)速(su)的電(dian)機運(yun)轉(zhuan)或縮短(duan)吸入(ru)管(guan)道，減少彎頭。

 ●3G型三(san)螺杆泵安(an)裝要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
