●3G三(san)螺杆泵工(gong)作原理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺(luo)杆泵(beng)是(shi)轉(zhuan)子型(xing)容積(ji)泵，适于輸(shu)送各種不含固體顆(ke)粒(li)，無腐蝕(shi)性油(you)類及(ji)類似(si)油的(de)潤滑(hua)性液(ye)體、輸送(song)液(ye)體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不超過(guo)80℃,超過80℃可用高溫泵3GW型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3G型三(san)螺杆具有(you)多種(zhong)結構，一般(ban)小流(liu)量泵(beng)襯(chen)套和泵體合(he)為(wei)一個，可(ke)以卧式和(he)立式(shi)安裝(zhuang)。進油口方(fang)向可(ke)相(xiang)隔(ge)90°任意(yi)安裝(zhuang)，軸封多數(shu)為機構密(mi)封。中等流(liu)量(liang)以(yi)上泵(beng)，襯套為一(yi)個單獨的(de)零件固定(ding)于泵體内(nei)，螺杆(gan)軸端(duan)裝(zhuang)有平衡(heng)環以液力(li)平衡其軸向(xiang)力。一般(ban)結構為(wei)卧式。進(jin)油口(kou)方(fang)向(xiang)亦可(ke)以相隔90°任(ren)意安裝。改(gai)變泵(beng)體後(hou)可制成立式。軸(zhou)封根據情況有(you)機械(xie)密封和軟填料密封兩種(zhong)結構。

●3G三螺杆泵(beng)輸送各種(zhong)油類(lei)時應(ying)注(zhu)意事項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸(shu)送(song)40~150mm2/s的油(you)類最(zui)合适，允許(xu)按泵的最高工(gong)作壓(ya)力使(shi)用。2、輸(shu)送40mm2/s以下的油類(lei)，為保(bao)證泵的流(liu)量及(ji)壽命(ming)應降(jiang)壓使(shi)用。3、輸(shu)送150mm2/s以(yi)上的油(you)類(lei)，且進油管(guan)道(dao)過長，彎(wan)頭過(guo)多，泵(beng)工作(zuo)時如産生噪音(yin)或振(zhen)動(dong)現象，則(ze)應考(kao)慮更換低(di)一級轉速的電(dian)機運(yun)轉或縮短(duan)吸入管(guan)道(dao)，減少彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三(san)螺杆(gan)泵安(an)裝要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
