●3G三螺杆(gan)泵工作原理:

　　3G型(xing)三螺杆泵(beng)是轉子型容積(ji)泵，适于輸送各(ge)種不含(han)固(gu)體顆粒，無(wu)腐蝕性油(you)類及類(lei)似油的潤滑(hua)性液體、輸(shu)送液體粘(zhan)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wen)度不超過80℃,超過(guo)80℃可用高(gao)溫(wen)泵3GW型(xing)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

●3G三螺杆泵輸送(song)各種油類(lei)時應(ying)注意事(shi)項(xiang)：When conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(song)40~150mm2/s的(de)油(you)類最(zui)合适(shi)，允(yun)許按泵(beng)的最高(gao)工(gong)作壓(ya)力使用(yong)。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yi)下的(de)油類，為保(bao)證泵(beng)的流(liu)量及(ji)壽命應降(jiang)壓使用。3、輸(shu)送(song)150mm2/s以上的(de)油類(lei)，且(qie)進(jin)油管(guan)道過(guo)長，彎頭過(guo)多，泵工作(zuo)時如産生(sheng)噪音或振(zhen)動現象，則(ze)應考(kao)慮更(geng)換(huan)低(di)一級(ji)轉速(su)的(de)電(dian)機運轉或縮短吸入(ru)管道，減少彎頭(tou)。

 ●3G型三螺杆(gan)泵安(an)裝(zhuang)要(yao)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
